Data collected and purposes

seagnal.fr is a presentation website: it offers no account creation, no newsletter and no online sales. The only data processed are:

Contact form: the Contact page embeds a Google Form that collects your email address (required), your message ("How can we help you?", required) and your areas of interest ("What are you interested in?", optional: list of SEAGNAL products). These data are used solely to respond to your request.

Email correspondence: any information you send us by email, used solely to respond to your request.

Cookies: cookies placed by Google to provide the site's services and measure its traffic. A banner displayed on your first visit lets you accept or decline them; you may also refuse or delete them at any time through your browser settings (Google's cookie policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies).

Retention periods

Contact form submissions and email correspondence: 3 years maximum from the last exchange.

Audience-measurement cookies: event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months, the retention period being reset on new user activity.

Recipients

The data are neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. The website and the contact form rely on Google LLC services (Google Sites, Google Forms), which process the data on our behalf; any transfer outside the European Union is covered by Google's contractual commitments (Standard Contractual Clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to obtain its portability, and to object to or restrict its processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
